Skin protection is not just a summer topic; it is a <strong data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"616\">year-round responsibility<\/strong>, especially for those who work daily under the open sky \u2013 in construction, logistics, public utilities, and similar sectors.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"348\" data-end=\"745\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"747\" data-end=\"782\">SPF \u2013 Your First Layer of Protection<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"950\">Using <strong data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"832\">sunscreen with a sun protection factor (SPF)<\/strong> of at least 30 should become part of the daily routine for every outdoor worker.
